Model Release Form:
This form will be required if you are asking for us to take images of a specific person such as a portrait shoot. If the subject of the photography is under the age of 18 then their details will need to be witnessed by a parent or guardian to make the release valid. The form grants us permission to use the photographs taken for promotional use or within the content of the site. This permission can be limited to specific shots if required.
