Our services can be tailored to any budget depending on the amount of work that is required and the post event. The following prices are intended to be a guide only. Please contact us for further information or to discuss your specific requirements.

Informal Event of up to 2hrs - £50 to £100
This price band is designed for events such as a childrens party or short public event such as a fete or amateur dramatic production. The photography style will be of an informal nature with some scope for posed or group shots during the event. There may be a slight increase in this fee if significant travel is required to reach the venue (this will be agreed in advance of the booking being confirmed). There will not normally be any additional fees for, or restrictions on reproduction prints and all images taken on the day will be supplied within the cost of the package.
Please note that permission of parents may be required for events involving children. It would be advisable to ensure that there are no objections prior to the event. No photographs of children will be used by us for promotional or business purposes without the express permission of the parent or guardian concerned.

Formal Event of 1hr to 3hrs - £100 to £250
Designed for events such as weddings, christenings or other events when attendance for an entire morning or afternoon is required. The nature of the event, the location and the number of shots required are all factors which will influence where in this band the price will fall. As with the informal event the photography style will be largely candid, with formal group shots being organised in discussion with the client. There is no limit on the number of shots taken on the day and all photographs will be fully post processed before being supplied to the client.

Several options will be available in respect of the delivery of the images captured during the event. These options include the following:

- The production of a limited number of prints (size, format, numbers and subjects agreed in advance) plus a contact sheet showing the other images taken with an option for the purchase of further prints by the client or others. This option is ideal for those on a strict budget as it provides the full photography service at the lowest cost as lower fees are off-set against the income from the purchase of additional prints.
- The production of an album or larger number of prints (size, format, numbers and subjects agreed in advance) and a CD or DVD of the remaining images. Re-prints of the main images would be available at an additional cost with a discount for multiple prints or bulk orders.
- Full digital album provided on CD or DVD to the client with all images at full size and full resolution. There are no limitations on use or the number of prints that can be created from this album and this will be fully controlled by the client who can distribute the images as required.
- Online album of anything from 8 to 50 photographs chosen by the client. There will be a password protected page provided for access to and downloading of the images displayed. Again there will be no restrictions on the number of downloads, although the time of availablilty of the album will normally be limited to three months.

The above list of options is not exhaustive, and variations on the options shown will always be considered to ensure that the needs of the client are fully met. We will always discuss the image production method with the client prior to the event to minimise the risk of issues arising later.

Full Day or High Profile Event - £250 to £5000
The highest and broadest ranging of the three price bands. This is reserved for events that are expected to last for more than just a morning or afternoon period. It would be appropriate for events such as a wedding with a follow-on reception, a public event such as a festival, or one that extends over a period of more than two days (consecutive performance nights for a theatre production etc). The full range of image delivery options also exist and there are further options for media rights and/or sale of copyright to the client following approval of the images obtained.
We can work with you to produce a fully choreographed shot list and will willingly work alongside in house publicity staff or other photographers to ensure that the correct degree of coverage is obtained.
As with other options we will ask that we are permitted to use a selection of images from those shot as promotional material (we will not use any material showing a registered trademark or other copyright image without express permission) or as part of our online portfolio. Such use will be fully discussed prior to the event and any agreements formalised at that time.

All our images are assessed and processed using the latest Adobe^® software. We can produce both original colour images and modifications in black and white, sepia or a wide range of other styles. Images can be re-sized and/or cropped to suit your needs, and can be supplied in any common format (jpg, png, psd etc) to allow future prints to be produced with the minimum fuss.
